Certifications for IT Professionals

Our authorized Prometric Testing Center of the Sylvan Prometric company provides independent certificate tests for the products of Microsoft, Cisco, Oracle, Lotus, Symantec, Novell, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Sybase, ComTIA and other contract partners.

Certifications for computer users

European Computer Driving License

European Computer Driving License (ECDL) is internationally respectable certificate, which is recommended and used as a standard of basic computer’s knowledge in states of EU and many other countries. ECDL is determined for common users of PC’s. Certificate ECDL declares that the holder has passed all exams and accomplishes minimum of knowledge for work with the computer divided to seven basic modules.
ECDL exam include 7 following tests:

• Module 1 - Basic Concepts of Information Technology
• Module 2 - Using the Computer and Managing Files
• Module 3 - Word-processing
• Module 4 - Spreadsheets
• Module 5 - Databases/Filing systems
• Module 6 - Presentation
• Module 7 - Information Network Services

Computer Help, like first authorized center, ensures the preparation courses system for interested persons from the Czech Republic.
